Q: Can I Add or Delete owners from my Sale Agreement?

A: From a legal perspective, the addition / deletion of owners is considered as a transfer. As such, a transfer of ownership document must be completed and the transaction recorded at the Dubai Land Department’s relevant register. Administrative fees need to be paid to the Developer and transfer fees may also be payable in the Land Department.

Q: Can I rent my property once its handed over to me?

A: Yes, you can rent out your property once the handover process is completed.
